The show running plan is to be devised a day prior minimum, and is to be made by the event manager.
· The show runner / event manager assigns the responsibilities for the balance crew on the site.
· The show runner / event manager is to delegate a supporting crew member and a volunteer to every coordinate
· One crew member should be placed minimum at the following coordinates apart from the console.
- Left wing (on facing the stage the left of stage will be the left wing)
- Right wing (on facing the stage the right of stage will be the right wing)
- Artists coordination / green rooms
- Security and entrances.
- F&B & florals (if required)
